Start with a short viewing list
Write down the channels you actually watch and the events you care about. Send the names to support and ask what is available now. Large channel-count claims cannot tell you whether your specific local station, preferred language or event feed is included. Keep the answer with your order details.
Match the plan to your connection count
A connection is a simultaneous stream, not simply the number of devices in your home. If two people will watch at once, select the two-device plan. Compare the complete multi-device prices on the pricing page. Avoid paying for a longer duration before you have confirmed the setup and usage limits.
Test the complete setup
When a trial is available, use the same screen and network that you will use after purchase. Try a normal evening viewing session, change channels and test audio. A short successful connection is useful, but does not prove that every channel or peak-hour period will perform identically.
Keep the price and support route clear
Compare total prices for the same duration and connection count. A yearly total is not a monthly bill. Ask how renewals and refunds are handled, read the published policies, and keep your order reference. Use the private support ticket for questions instead of posting account details publicly.
