Tell us you are ordering Nitro8K, which device you will use and which channels you want to check. Include whether you need one simultaneous stream or more. You do not need to share payment-card information or passwords to ask about a plan.
Confirm the plan before payment
Review the USD subscription prices, then ask support to confirm availability and the activation process. A trial, if available, should be tested on the same network and screen that you will use later.
Use the correct application
Nitro8K has its own application. Ask the team for the current official installation instructions for your device. We will add the illustrated app walkthrough after verifying the real application screens; until then, support can guide your specific setup.
Keep your subscription details
Save the order reference, service name, duration and expiry date. Use them when requesting renewal or technical help. Never post account access details in a public group.
