Shorter plans offer a smaller first commitment
A monthly plan can make sense when you are still confirming compatibility or your viewing habits. You pay for a shorter period and can evaluate the experience before choosing a longer plan. Do not assume a plan includes automatic cancellation or renewal terms that have not been confirmed.
Longer plans need a little more checking
Before choosing annual access, verify the channels you need, your app setup and the number of simultaneous streams. Read the refund policy. A lower equivalent monthly cost does not remove the importance of suitability and support.
Keep a renewal reminder
Save the activation date, expiry date, plan and order reference. When you contact support to renew, include the reference and the duration you want. Ask whether your renewal extends your existing expiry or starts a new period before making payment.
