A home-network checklist for IPTV

Separate Wi-Fi, device and stream problems before changing your subscription.

A home-network checklist for IPTV

Compare one change at a time

If a stream pauses, note whether the issue affects one channel or all channels. Try another available stream without changing every setting at once. A problem with a single source needs a different investigation from a device that cannot play anything.

Look beyond a speed-test number

A speed result is one snapshot of a connection. Distance from the router, interference and other household downloads can affect playback. Compare a wired connection when practical, or move closer to your Wi-Fi access point. Avoid promising yourself that buying a higher advertised speed alone will fix every interruption.

Check the device and application

Close unused applications and make sure the device has free storage. Use the supported app version recommended by the team. Before reinstalling, confirm that you have the official installation route and account details; reinstalling should not be the first response to every error.

Give support useful evidence

Send the time, device model, app version and a concise description. Explain what you already tested and whether the issue happens on one channel or several. Remove usernames, passwords and playlist URLs from screenshots. This gives the support team a reproducible starting point.

Take the next step

Compare the subscription prices, review our device checklist, or contact support with your questions.
